2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure Stripe-powered checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the condition in which it was found, respecting quiet hours, and complying with any posted house rules. Damage caused by guests may result in additional charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tenkiller Hideouts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the property or our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
